Aleks — Cinematic Portrait | JOYA Barcelona 2018

Cinematic portrait series created for JOYA Barcelona Art Jewellery Fair 2018, filmed in Barcelona.

The project consists of two short films documenting contemporary jewellery within an exhibition context, focusing on craftsmanship, materiality and spatial atmosphere through a refined, cinematic visual language.

Through an observational approach, the series explores the relationship between creative process and finished pieces, translating the spirit of the fair into an intimate visual portrait.
